Vending

Help! I lost money in the Pepsi and/or snack vending machines.  How do I get a refund?

All refund requests must be registered on the same day the loss occurred.

Please call Dining Services at (916) 278-6376 and provide the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your contact phone number
  • The location of the Pepsi/snack vending machine
  • The amount lost in the machine

If you leave a message, you will receive a callback within 24 hours (M-F).  Weekend refund requests will be handled on Monday.

Any refund over $5 will require confirmation from the vending company.  These refund requests will take more than 1 day.

Refunds are paid in cash, and must be picked up in person at one of the locations listed below.  When you receive your callback, Campus Dining staff will guide you to your closest location for receiving a refund.
