    Open-Faced Meatloaf Sandwich
    Beef and pork meatloaf topped with rosemary gravy and cranberry chutney on toasted focaccia $10

    Crispy Coconut Shrimp
    Crispy coconut shrimp served with pineapple-mango salsa and red pepper jasmine rice $12

    Spring greens topped with golden and purple beets, toasted pumpkin seeds, and feta cheese with raspberry vinaigrette $9.00

    Shaved Pork Sandwich
    Slow-roasted pork loin, melted cheddar cheese, sour apple chutney, and arugula with whole grain mustard aioli served on a toasted pretzel bun $10.00

    Butternut Squash Ravioli
    Butternut squash ravioli, shaved Brussels sprouts, and red bell peppers tossed in a pumpkin cream sauce topped with shaved pecorino cheese and fresh herbs $12.00

    SACRAMENTO, Calif., March 27, 2017 – Epicure Restaurant at Sacramento State is pleased to announce new spring specials, available today through Friday, May 12.

    Cobb Salad
    Romaine lettuce topped with grilled chicken, bacon, egg, grilled asparagus, roasted tomatoes, and blue cheese with your choice of dressing on the side $10.00

    Pancetta Grilled Cheese
    Crispy pancetta, melted cheddar, horseradish-chive jack, and Muenster cheese with chipotle mayonnaise on thick-sliced bread $9.00

    Pappardelle
    Pappardelle pasta, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, and peas tossed in a lemon-garlic sauce topped with chili flakes, fresh herbs, and shaved Parmesan cheese $11.00

    The Buzz Closing Soon

    SACRAMENTO, Calif., December 5, 2016—The popular campus Java City coffee house, The Buzz, is scheduled to close at the end of the semester due to the upcoming University Union expansion project. A Starbucks licensed store is anticipated to open in its place in 2018.

    The Buzz has been a favorite gathering spot for students to relax, study, and enjoy a favorite coffee beverage or good meal. To thank the campus community for its patronage, The Buzz is offering a free farewell espresso shot with a purchased coffee beverage, today through December 16.


    Grand Opening Celebration for The Servery at the Dining Commons

    SACRAMENTO, Calif., November 4, 2016 — University Enterprises, Inc. is excited to announce the grand opening of the newly renovated serving area in the Dining Commons on November 10. A celebration is planned at the Dining Commons from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and festivities include a ribbon cutting, music, raffle, prizes, giveaways, food, and more. A discounted All You Care to Eat lunch will be available to all non-meal plan holders for $8.00. All are invited to attend.

    The Servery at the Dining Commons is a beautifully designed, inviting, and contemporary facility where global cuisine is freshly prepared and served from a variety of cooking exhibition stations that offer a diverse menu of meal options.
